Terms of Use

By accessing RSC+, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you cannot form a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must supervise your use.

If you use RSC+ for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for it.

Keep your Discord account and RSC+ session secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

RSC+ may provide live sports, replays, Shorts, news, polls, ads, profiles, saved lists, and community tools. Availability may vary by event, device, region, rights restrictions, and technical conditions.

RSC+ may add, change, suspend, or remove content or features. Live schedules and replay availability are not guaranteed.

RSC+ grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial viewing.

You may not rebroadcast, restream, redistribute, sell access, bypass security, scrape the service, interfere with playback, or use content outside permissions expressly provided by RSC+ or its rights holders.

Submissions must follow the Community Guidelines. You retain ownership, but grant RSC+ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute submissions as needed to operate and promote the service.

RSC+ may remove content or restrict accounts for safety, rights protection, service integrity, or enforcement.

RSC+ may show sponsored messages, house promotions, and ads. Third-party destinations have separate terms and privacy practices.

RSC+ branding, software, graphics, broadcasts, and supplied content belong to RSC+ or its licensors. Copyright complaints should follow the Copyright Policy.

RSC+ is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and RSC+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Access may be suspended for violations, security risks, rights issues, legal requirements, or material harm. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date; continued use means acceptance.
