Privacy Policy

This policy covers the RSC+ website, player, streams, replays, Shorts, Studio, and community features.

Account information may include Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, email supplied by Discord, profiles, membership status, and authentication timestamps.

Usage information may include playback progress, saved titles, Shorts views, likes, shares, comments, poll votes, settings, and ad interactions.

Technical information may include browser and device details, approximate network information, request timestamps, security events, errors, and delivery logs produced by RSC+, Cloudflare, or other providers.

Information supports authentication, personalization, playback, live and on-demand delivery, measurement, moderation, security, communications, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Information may be shared with providers supporting identity, hosting, storage, streaming, security, and communications, including Discord and Cloudflare. It may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.

RSC+ does not state that personal information is sold.

RSC+ may record ad impressions, clicks, and campaign delivery to operate sponsorships and enforce impression limits. Third-party links follow their own policies.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for account operation, content records, security, disputes, and legal compliance. RSC+ uses signed sessions, access controls, secure transport, and restricted administration, but no system is perfectly secure.

You can manage settings, profiles, saved titles, and certain interactions, and sign out to end the session.

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting privacy@rosportscenter.com. Identity verification may be required.

RSC+ is not intended to collect information from children without appropriate authorization. Information may be processed where RSC+ and its providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.
